I offer professional translations in the technical, mechanical and technological fields, from English into French.
I am specialized in three distinct mechanical industrial fields:
- mechanics: agricultural machinery, special machinery.
- renewable energies: wind, hydroelectric, geothermal.
- sports equipment: climbing equipment, cycling, hiking, paragliding.
Do you need to understand in detail technical specifications written in English? A project review or other study documents related to the development of your products?
MY TOOLS
Because French is the language of your final customers, it is primary that your translations projects are done by a French native speaker with a very high knowledge of the details.
Command of French: spelling, grammar, and colloquial of French.
Skills on the CAT tool, market leader: SDL Trados Studio 2019.
I am certified by SDL for Trados Studio 2017 at the advanced level.
The use of an advanced CAT program ensures consistency across projects by creating a dedicated terminology database for your company and also optimizing the target document with the source document.
Web and office tools : Office 365
I use the Microsoft Office suite. Essential for a professional result on all your documents.

To be able to provide you with a detailed estimate, please send me with the following information:
- volume of the document to be translated (number of words),
- the desired time for delivery,
- if possible a copy of the document to be translated.

Today, the SFT has over 1,500 members, making it the largest professional translator organization in France. It represents the many different professions that make up today’s translation market, from salaried and self-employed language service providers to court and conference interpreters, and technical and literary translators. An essential interface between language service providers of all types, users of language services and government agencies in France, the SFT is a founding member of the International Federation of Translators and a member of UNAPL, France’s national association of self-employed professionals. The SFT also maintains close relations with the schools and universities that train the translators of tomorrow.
